Glitter Force is the opening theme to the titular series Glitter Force, the English adaptation of Smile Pretty Cure!, as well as Glitter Force Doki Doki, the English adaptation of Doki Doki! Pretty Cure. It is also played during the credits of every episode of the series, as well as being used as the final ending theme of the first Glitter Force in episodes 36 (44 of the original) to 40 (48 of the original).

- The opening animations are recycled from the original Japanese Smile Pretty Cure! opening.
- The Glitter Force theme plays whenever the Glitter Force uses Rainbow Burst.
- An instrumental version of the theme is sometimes played during the girls' transformations.
- For Glitter Force Doki Doki, the theme has been remixed and new lines have been added to the lyrics.
- The Glitter Force Doki Doki opening for the first season features a brief scene of a character inserting a Glitter Charm into the Glitter Crystal Pad, even though it is not obtained until the second half of the show.
- In Glitter Force Doki Doki, the full version is played whenever Royal Lovely Straight Flush is used.
