Sparkle Storm

Sparkle Storm, (Happy Shower in the original Japanese version), is a basic finishing move that Glitter Lucky uses. To use it, Glitter Lucky needs to charge her Glitter Pact with enough fighting spirit to make it glow and grant her the power to perform the attack. This move requires plenty of energy to perform, making Glitter Lucky feel exhausted after using it.

Sparkle Storm is capable of successfully purifying Red and Yellow Nose Buffoon monsters but does not work against more advanced Buffoons.

Sparkle Storm Shining, (Happy Shower Shining in the original Japanese version), is an upgraded version of Sparkle Storm. It is first used in Episode 16 (season 2).

Description[]

Glitter Lucky first charges up her Glitter Pact with her fighting spirit, making it glow and granting her power. Cure Happy then uses both hands to draw a large pink heart in front of her, and concentrates the energy into a smaller heart. She then grabs the small heart with both hands, spins around and projects the energy at the enemy.

Incantation[]

English[]

Glitter Lucky: Glitter Force Sparkle Storm!

Japanese[]

Cure Happy: プリキュアハッピーシャワー!

Romanization[]

Cure Happy: Purikyua Happī Shawā!

Translation[]

Cure Happy: Pretty Cure Happy Shower!

Trivia[]

  • To charge up the Glitter Pact, Glitter Lucky usually screams out "We've got spirit! Yes, we do! We've got spirit! How about you?!" much like a cheerleader would, except mostly out of panic. In Smile Pretty Cure! she chants "kiai da!" (Fighting spirit!) multiple times.
  • The first time Glitter Lucky tried to use Sparkle Storm, she used the incantation "Sparkle, Sparkle, Sparkle Storm!" ("Happy! Happy! Happy Shower!" in Smile Pretty Cure!), but the attack did not work because of a mixture of not having enough fighting spirit and saying the wrong incantation.
