Glitter Force Makeover!

Glitter Force Makeover!, known in Japan as Pretty Cure! Smile Charge! (プリキュア！スマイルチャージ！Purikyua! Sumairu Chāji!) is the transformation phrase used by the Glitter Force members in the first Glitter Force. In order to activate their transformations, the Glitter Force members require their Glitter Pacts and their transformation Glitter Charms.

Sequences

Emily to Glitter Lucky

Emily's Glitter Pact opens. She puts her transformation Glitter Charm into a recess in the Glitter Pact and says, "Insert Glitter Charm!" Then, she says, "Glitter Force Makeover!" to begin her transformation. A powder puff emerges from the Glitter Pact, and as Emily grabs it, she says, "Glitter Puff! Apply shades of power!" She taps the puff once to her arm to make her armbands appear (saying, "Puff, puff, Glitter Bands!"). Next, she taps the puff twice to her leg to make her boots appear ("Puff, puff, Glitter Boots!"). Then, she taps the puff thrice to her chest, causing her top and skirt to appear ("Puff, puff, puff! I'm glitter-tastic!"). Finally, her hair transforms, and she taps the puff to her cheeks to make blush appear on her face. Glitter Lucky falls from the sky and flips in mid-air. Upon landing on her feet, she shouts her catchphrase and strikes a pose.

Kelsey to Glitter Sunny

The Glitter Pact opens, and Kelsey sets the red ribbon Glitter Charm piece into the recess as she says, "Insert Glitter Charm!" This causes the Glitter Pact to say, "Activate Glitter Pact!" The red light lights up first, followed by the seven lights inside the Glitter Pact in sequence. Kelsey then shouts, "Glitter Force Makeover!" The Glitter Pact produces a powder puff, which Kelsey taps on the Glitter Pact to collect up magic powder. As she does this, she says, "Glitter Puff! Apply shades of power!" She snaps her fingers to light her puff on fire and applies it once onto her chest, surrounding herself with fire which then forms her arm protectors (to which Kelsey shouts, "Glitter Bands!"), shoes ("Glitter Boots!"), and dress ("This girl is on fire!"). Her hair then changes length and color, and her eyes turn orange as well. Lastly, she pats the powder puff onto her cheeks to give them a rosy glow. After transforming, Glitter Sunny flies down from the sky, landing on her feet. She introduces herself and declares her battle cry, before striking a final pose.

Lily to Glitter Peace

The Glitter Pact opens, and Lily sets the yellow ribbon Glitter Charm piece into the recess as she says, "Insert Glitter Charm!" This causes the Glitter Pact to say, "Activate Glitter Pact!" The yellow light lights up first, followed by the seven lights inside the Glitter Pact in sequence. Lily then shouts, "Glitter Force Makeover!" The Glitter Pact produces a powder puff, which Lily taps on the Glitter Pact to collect up magic powder. As she does this, she says, "Glitter Puff! Apply shades of power!" She claps her puff between her hands five times to spread the magic powder into the air all around her, which then forms her arm protectors (to which Lily says, "Glitter Bands!"), shoes ("Glitter Boots!"), and dress. The bow on her dress appears with a crackle of lightning, and Lily says, "The power of peace!" Her hair then changes length and color, and her eyes become a brighter shade as well. Lastly, she pats the powder puff onto her cheeks to give them a rosy glow. After transforming, Glitter Peace flies down from the sky, landing on her feet. She introduces herself and declares her battle cry, before striking a final pose.

April to Glitter Spring

The Glitter Pact opens, and April sets the green ribbon Glitter Charm piece into the recess as she says, "Insert Glitter Charm!" This causes the Glitter Pact to say, "Activate Glitter Pact!" The green light lights up first, followed by the seven lights inside the Glitter Pact in sequence. April then shouts, "Glitter Force Makeover!" The Glitter Pact produces a powder puff, which April taps on the Glitter Pact to collect up magic powder. As she does this, she says, "Glitter Puff! Apply shades of power!" She uses her puff to draw a triangle of magic powder, which then explodes into wind that forms her arm protectors (as April says, "Glitter Bands!"), shoes ("Glitter Boots!"), and dress ("Spring has sprung!"). Her hair then changes length and color, and her eyes become a brighter shade as well. Lastly, she pats the powder puff onto her cheeks to give them a rosy glow. After transforming, Glitter Spring flies down from the sky, landing on her feet. She introduces herself and declares her battle cry, before striking a final pose.

Chloe to Glitter Breeze

The Glitter Pact opens, and Chloe sets the blue ribbon Glitter Charm piece into the recess as she says, "Insert Glitter Charm!" This causes the Glitter Pact to say, "Activate Glitter Pact!" The blue light lights up first, followed by the seven lights inside the Glitter Pact in sequence. Chloe then shouts, "Glitter Force Makeover!" The Glitter Pact produces a powder puff, which Chloe taps on the Glitter Pact to collect up magic powder. As she does this, she says, "Glitter Puff! Apply shades of power!" She blows on her puff to scatter the magic powder into the air, which then forms her shoes (to which Chloe says, "Glitter Boots."), skirt, arm protectors ("Glitter Bands."), and top. Her bow appears in a ball of light and Chloe says, "Oh, so cool!" Her hair then changes length and color, and her eyes become a brighter shade as well. Lastly, she pats the powder puff onto her cheeks to give them a rosy glow. After transforming, Glitter Breeze flies down from the sky, landing on her feet. She introduces herself and declares her battle cry, before striking a final pose.

Emily to Glitter Candy

The Glitter Pact opens, and Emily, who is in Candy's body, sets the pink ribbon Glitter Charm into the recess as she says, "Insert Glitter Charm!" The Glitter Pact replies, "Activate Glitter Pact!" The pink light lights up first, followed by the seven lights inside the Glitter Pact in sequence. Emily then shouts, "Glitter Force Makeover!" The Glitter Pact produces a powder puff, which Emily taps on the Glitter Pact to collect up magic powder. Emily taps her chest, causing the top half of her dress to appear. Then, pink silhouettes of her skirt and boots appear. Her right boot fully materializes, followed by her left boot and then her skirt. Her bow and wing-shaped hair-clips appear and her hair lengthens and changes style. Finally, Glitter Candy tumbles down from the sky, says her battle cry, introduces herself, and strikes a final pose.

Transformation as kids

The Glitter Pact opens and April sets the Glitter Charm piece into the recess. This causes her light to glow, followed by the other lights. Then the children shout in unison, "Glitter Force Makeover!" After that they hold hands in a circle, spin and laugh. In a flash of golden light, they transform. The kids then let go and drop onto the ground. They then say their catchphrases, though not without failures, as a gust of wind knocks Glitter Aqua over and a blast of snow makes Glitter Breeze shiver. Then, the girls line up, hold hands, and say their group catchphrase, but it isn't in sync. At Glitter Lucky's prompting, they try again. They get the catchphrase wrong, but it's in sync this time, so Glitter Lucky declares that it's close enough. The group then poses. Finally, they celebrate having successfully completed their transformations.

Trivia

In episode 8 (Glitter Switchers), Emily can still transform in Candy's body, however she takes on a new form. As Glitter Candy, her outfit remains the same, only smaller to fit Candy. Candy's ears are styled to look like Glitter Lucky's twintails in this form.

In episode 30, where they're all reverted into very young children, all of their transformations differ heavily, and their ending poses are also shown from a different angle than the usual.
